- Claims management
- Annual increase in rents, based on the index published by INSEE
- Collection of rents, monthly automatic transfer to your account
- Adjustment of rental charges
- Settlement and direct link with the trustee
- Assistance with the annual declaration of property income
- Management fees without additional invoicing: 6.50% excluding tax of the rent, charges included
- Possibility to take out Unpaid Rent Insurance, property damage guarantee
- and legal protection: 1.9% including tax and rental vacancy 1.9% including tax
Our fees are to be negotiated according to the number of lots.
These costs are fully deductible from your property income!
